✅ The most important thing, upfront: Any PDF, image, or document you upload is deleted from our server immediately after processing. We don't read your files, share them with anyone else, or sell them.

1. What Information We Collect

When using Saral Orbit (saralorbit.in), we may collect the following information:

Account information: If you sign up — your name and email address.
Your files: Any document/image you upload to a tool is used only for that task (such as Compress, Merge, Convert).
Usage information: Which tool was used and how often, so we can improve the service (for example, via Google Analytics).
Payment information: If you take a paid plan, payment is processed directly by our payment-gateway partner (such as Razorpay) — we never store your full card/UPI details on our own servers.

2. What Happens to Your Files

When you upload a PDF, image, or document to a tool:

The file stays on our server only for as long as it takes to process it.
As soon as processing is complete, the uploaded original file is deleted immediately.
The resulting file (such as a compressed PDF) is kept for a short time so you can download it, and is then automatically deleted too.
We do not read the content of any file ourselves, nor do we share it with any third party.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for things like keeping you logged in (session) and remembering your Day/Night mode preference (theme). We may also look at anonymous analytics (such as which tools are used most) to improve the website.

4. Your Information Is Not Shared With Anyone Else

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or files with any third party without need — except when required by law, or with our payment-gateway partner to process payments (only as much as necessary).

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption and industry-standard methods to protect your information. That said, no one can guarantee 100% security on the internet — so we always recommend never sharing your password with anyone.

7. Children's Privacy

Saral Orbit is not specifically designed for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
