By using Saral Orbit (saralorbit.in), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

2. Description of Service

Saral Orbit provides PDF, image, and AI-powered document tools online (such as Compress, Merge, Split, Convert, Aadhaar Card Print, Passport Photo, etc.). Some tools are free, others come with premium plans.

3. Your Responsibility

• Only upload files that are your own, or that you have legal permission to use.
• Do not upload copyrighted, illegal, or harmful content.
• When printing/editing official documents like Aadhaar or Passport, only use documents that are your own or that you're authorized to use.
• Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility.

4. Payment and Plans

• The Free plan comes with limited daily usage.
• Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Business) offer a higher daily limit, larger file size, and premium tools.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment-gateway partner (such as Razorpay).
• Once a plan is activated, it runs until its duration ends — a refund during this period is only given if the service genuinely couldn't be used due to a technical issue (please Contact us).

5. Limitations of Service

We do our best to keep the service running smoothly at all times, but:

• A tool may occasionally be unavailable for a while due to maintenance or a technical issue.
• We cannot guarantee that every file will process 100% error-free — especially with very damaged or corrupt files.
• You are responsible for keeping your own backup of important files.

6. Limitation of Liability

Saral Orbit will not be liable for any error, delay, or loss during the processing of your files, to the extent permitted by law. The service is provided "as-is".

7. Account Termination

If someone violates these Terms, we may terminate their account without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the website will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
